The research team went deep into the workshop site, investigated Zhuo'er's magnet production workshop, component production workshop, and visited the company's exhibition hall. Detailed understanding of the entire process flow, core technology, product application areas, and product advantages of the rare earth permanent magnet samarium cobalt alloy project by Zhuoer. At the same time, understand the implementation of the safety production system, as well as the work of identifying safety hazards, accident prevention measures, emergency rescue plans, etc., and put forward requirements for the safety management of key parts and key links of the enterprise.

Hu Deyong pointed out that safety production is the premise and foundation of enterprise development. Enterprises must always tighten the string of safety production, strengthen safety production awareness, and attach great importance to safety production work. Requirement: Each functional department should conscientiously carry out safety management at every stage, extensively carry out safety production education, strengthen safety production training, and ensure that operations are carried out in accordance with regulations and procedures.
