To deepen the implementation of the group's IAM strategy and promote relevant departments and teams to master the latest Xiamen Tungsten IAM star rating evaluation standards. On May 15th, the company organized a special training on the new standard of "IAM Star Rating Evaluation System". The internal auditor of the company will serve as the main speaker, and relevant department heads, evaluation coordinators, and team leaders will participate in the training.

This training first leads everyone to review the company's evaluation situation last year, then introduces the changes in the old and new versions of the evaluation standards, and interprets the star rated business unit and star rated team standards in the new IAM evaluation standards. Finally, the trainees exchanged and discussed the issues related to IAM evaluation work.

The trainees have expressed their intention to translate their learned knowledge into practical actions, promote continuous improvement of IAM work, and lay a solid foundation for the re evaluation of star rated business units and teams.
